SBMP Ventures is a local real estate investment company based in Denver that buys properties in Denver Metro Area for CASH!!! Our owner Michael Penny started what would become SBMP Ventures in 2003 and has been in the business of flipping houses ever since. Since that time Mike has bought, renovated, and sold 200+ properties around the Denver Metro Area.
What makes us Unique!
Well, there are a lot of house flippers in the Denver Metro Area, SBMP Ventures prides itself on being one of the nimbler companies that can be the most competitive on price because of our organization. We are not one of those bigger house flipping companies with 10+ employees and huge amounts of monthly overhead; we have three members on the team along with our investor. Our smaller organization allows us to be more competitive with our purchase offers because --- well, the three of us do everything!
Don’t think this means we won’t be easy to deal with, it just means there are less decision makers involved so you can get answers quicker and your money faster!
